No Auto pass in HSC and SSC – Chairman
I don’t want to give an auto pass in SSC and HSC exams anymore. Students have had to face many problems in giving auto pass once. We don’t want to endanger them anymore. I want to give them the result of the test.
Professor Nehal Ahmed, chairman of the Inter-Education Coordination Board sub-committee and chairman of the Dhaka Board of Education, made the remarks at a live program on The Daily Campus on Tuesday (April 13th) night.
“We don’t want to give autopass,” he said. I want to give the result of the students with the test. Our plan is to take classes for 60 days for SSC candidates and 60 days for HSC candidates.
He said preparations were being made to conduct public examinations online, adding that a committee had been formed by the education ministry to look into the matter of conducting public examinations online. The committee will review what measures have been taken in other countries of the world and give a report. We will submit it to the Ministry of Education.
