HSC Result 2024

The total number of candidates for HSC and equivalent examinations in 2024 was about 13 lakh. This year HSC and equivalent examinations were to start from April 1. But it was postponed due to the Corona situation in Bangladesh. The test was later canceled. Education Minister Dr. Dipu Moni decided after meeting with the chairmen of all the concerned education boards. The minister said that “HSC and equivalent examinations will not be held this year”. She also said that the results will be prepared based on the JSC/ equivalent and SSC/equivalent examinations results. This result will be made through the JSC Result 2016 and SSC Result 2018. The results will be prepared based on the average of these two exams. However, those who have changed groups at the HSC level or complications related to the inter-education board will be resolved through an expert committee.

HSC Result Publish Date

The Education Minister has announced that the results of HSC and equivalent examinations will be released in December. However, she did not announce a specific date. The chairman of the Dhaka Education Board Professor Dr. Ziaul Haque said the results would be released in the last week of December. He said they were working on the target of publishing the results on October 10, 2024.

Once the results of all the education boards are prepared, permission will be sought from the Prime Minister’s Office. The results will be released on the date fixed by the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister will announce the results in a video conference at 10 am on that day.
