Primary Assistant Teacher Circular 2020
The Primary Assistant Teacher Circular 2020 is going to be published finally. The recruitment notice for Govt Primary and Pre-primary is stuck due to the current Corona situation in Bangladesh. The Assistant Teacher Job Circular will be published only if the situation improves a bit.
Another its about 41,000 assistant teachers will be appointed in government primary schools. A total of 40,000 teachers including 26,000 pre-primary and 15,000 assistants will be recruited across the country. Recruitment activities will start as soon as the situation is normal. This information has been confirmed by several officials of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education and the Directorate of Primary Education DPE.

It is known that about 26,000 pre-primary teacher posts have been created. And there are about 15,000 vacancies in the country in the primary schools. These posts will be filled at the same time.
Qualification:
The Primary Assistant Teacher Circular 2020 has not been published yet this year. The last recruitment notice was published in 2018. After a long break, the recruitment test was held in 2019. Let’s know the application eligibility based on the previous primary circular. However, the eligibility of the application may change this year. Graduation may be sought for both male and female applications this year. You will find all the updated information here after the detailed circular is published.
- For Males: According to the circular of 2018, graduation was sought for the application of male candidates. In other words, in order to apply, a male candidate must have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized university. Must have second class/division or GPA at the undergraduate level.
- For Females: Educational Qualification Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent pass was sought in the case of female candidates. This means that female candidates must have HSC or equivalent pass from a recognized board for application. At the HSC level, the candidate must have a second class / equivalent GPA.
- In the case of application, the age limit of both male and female candidates should be 18 to 30 years. However, in the case of quota, the age limit can be relaxed.

Primary Assistant Teacher Application Form
Interested and eligible candidates have to apply online. Candidates can apply only once. Applications can be made through the dpe.teletalk.com.bd website. You have to enter the website and fill the application form with all the necessary information. Candidates need to upload a recent photo and signature at the application time. Apply Instruction and all other information can be found on the website dpe.gov.bd of the Directorate of Primary Education.
After a successful application, the application fee has to be paid as per the instructions of the applicant copy. Failure to pay the application fee even after the application will be rejected. A recruitment test will be held at the permanent address of the candidate which she/he given at the application time. The recruitment process of the candidate will also be completed at the permanent address. Female candidates can use the permanent address of their father or husband.
Application Fee Payment
The application fee has to be paid within 72 hours of applying online. Even if you apply online, if you do not pay the application fee, the application will be rejected. The application fee can be paid only through Teletalk.
To pay the application fee, first, go to the message option on your mobile and write DPE <> User ID and send the message to 16222. In the return message, you will be given a PIN number with your details and the amount of application fee. The second message should be sent using this PIN number.
To send the second message, go to the message option on your mobile and type the DPE <> YES <> PIN Number and send the message to 16222. If the application fee is paid successfully, you will be sent a congratulatory message. User ID and password will be provided in the confirmation message. With this user ID and password, you will be able to download the admit card later.
Primary Admit Card Download
According to the Primary Assistant Teacher Job Circular, Admit Card will be issued to eligible candidates only. To be appointed as a primary teacher, the candidate must first pass the MCQ type written test. Candidates who pass the written test will be selected for the Viva-voce.
The Primary Assistant Teacher Exam Date will be announced after the application deadline. Candidates will be able to download the Admit Card when the exam date is final. Candidates will be informed about the Govt. Primary School Assistant Teacher Admit Card Download through SMS. Notices regarding examinations and admit card will also be published on the website dpe.gov.bd of the Department of Primary Education.
