Bangladesh Open University BOU MBA Admission 2023

Dhaka, Rajshahi, Chittagong, Khulna, and Sylhet centers of Bangladesh Open University (BOU) have invited aspiring students to apply for admission to the School of Business (SOB) for the 2023-24 session. Prospective candidates can submit their applications by September 14.

Courses Offered:

  1. Marketing
  2. Human Resource and Management
  3. Accounting and Information System
  4. Finance and Banking
  5. International and Development Studies

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  2. A minimum GPA of 12 out of 20 in the academic results is required.

Merit Criteria:

  1. Candidates with a one-year master’s degree (MBA) must have a CGPA of 2.75.
  2. Candidates with a one-year postgraduate diploma (PGDPM) or one and a half-year diploma (PGD) must have a CGPA of 2.75.
  3. Candidates with a two-year master’s degree or equivalent must have a CGPA between 2.50 and 2.74.

Application Process:

  1. Interested applicants should visit the official website and click on the “School of Business (SOB)” option.
  2. Then, click on “Master of Business Administration (MBA)” and select the “Apply Now” button.
  3. Complete the registration form with regional, sub-regional, and study center preferences.
  4. Proceed to the next step and provide personal information, upload a photo, and a signature.
  5. In the third step, provide academic results.
  6. After completing the third step, click on “Finish” and select the “Submit” option. Pay the application fee of 600 BDT to complete the process.

Important Dates:

  1. Downloading of admit cards: September 24 to September 30.
  2. Oral examination date, time, and location: October 6, Friday, 9 AM, at respective regional centers.
  3. Result publication: October 10.
