Position Requirement: 
Educational qualifications:

The candidate must be at least graduate in any discipline with minimum CGPA 3 out of 4 and CGPA 3.50 out of 5 from a reputed university, having 1st Class throughout his/her career (from HSC onwards).

Age Limit:
Prospective candidate must not be aged below 21 years and more than 30 years as on 01.04.2016. Maximum age for wards of freedom fighters is 32 years as on 01.04.2016.

Only Bangladeshi nationals can apply.
Job Location:
Selected candidates will have to serve the Bank at any of its branches/ offices in Bangladesh.

We offer: 
TAO will get a monthly consolidated allowance of BDT 25000/- during the one year training period with the Bank. On successful completion of the training period (assessed by evaluation), he/she will be placed in the grade of Assistant Officer and will draw approximately gross salary and allowances of BDT 34,100/-p.m. plus other benefits.

Selection Procedure:
Only the short listed candidates, after the scrutiny of the applications, will be called for the Written Test. Based on merit, the selected candidates after written test will be required to appear for personal interview.

The selected candidates will have to sign a surety bond to serve the bank for minimum 3 years.
