Job Title: Business Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Appraise client’s business and place sanction approval memo to the approving authority
  • Fulfill client’s finance, trade and transactional need by coordinating with other support functions of the company
  • Develop and manage Integrated sales and relationship programs for business clients that are in alignment with the overall business plan to achieve desired revenue, cross-sell, and service hurdles. Must have proven experience Implementing successful sales programs and promoting/measuring sales activities that translate Into profitable growth
  • Earn targeted profitability and portfolio growth by booking quality business
  • Provide strong, compassionate and visible leadership, which fosters positive attitudes and trust among employees, customers, and prospects. Partner with Retail banking and other Internal organizations to ensure the customer experience Is optimized
  • Attract, develop and retain a talented and motivated team of business development officers enabling each to achieve their revenue growth objectives by deepening existing relationships in assigned portfolio of customers as well as acquiring new business. Maintain a strong, talented employee candidate pipeline
  • Ensure safe, sound and timely underwriting practices by interfacing closely with the Credit/Risk organization
  • Ensure that marketplace activities are carried out in accordance with all legal and governmental regulations as well as Internal policies and procedures
  • Continually monitor practices of competition and report findings to management when appropriate
  • Maintain frequent interaction with centers of influence, diverse industry segments, community leaders, regulators, and senior business contacts

Job Title: Trade Finance Officer
Responsibilities:

  • Receive all import and export documents accurately from clients as per given checklist
  • Deliver the received documents to central trade finance processing unit timely, and act as a liaison between client and processing unit for any further requirement
  • Collect client copies of the transaction from central processing unit and handover the same to clients timely
  • Maintain close communication with internal stakeholders such as Corporate and Institutional Banking. Credit & Compliance, Treasury, Finance, etc for smooth execution of the transaction
  • Prepare periodic reports and communicate the same with relevant stakeholders
  • Responsible for providing the clients with accurate and timely client service

Job Title: Payroll Relationship Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve the monthly acquisition targets of live accounts assigned to Zone/Branch while maintaining full understanding & differentiation between various payroll packages
  • Have the ability to thoroughly present Bank’s Payroll Packages and its benefits to the newly targeted companies
  • Manage overall relationship with customers till the accounts become live and ensure complying with pre-set criteria of the business acquisition defined by the payroll segment
  • Complete all documentation related to individual account opening for newly acquired payroll companies and ensure they comply with the bank’s regulations and procedures
  • Cross sell other asset products targeting new and existing payroll companies to increase penetration rates and provide a wide range of product offerings
  • If required, introduce proper software to new payroll companies’ responsible person and give professional training on the usage of this software
